Eclipse understand the importance that the internet holds for many customers, so they give you a choice of packages based on how much you want to spend and it is a simple process to extend or decrease, very much like a pay-as-you go phone.

With Eclipse you can purchase a broadband package and you have the choice of adding free add-ons so you will always get more fro your money. You can select from a variety of free extras such as an unlimited amount of free static IP’s for a variety of uses, these could be running your own website, email server or your own Virtual Private Network system. If you sign up to any of the business broadband packages then you will receive free UK calls through the TalkMore deal. This will give you 1000 free minutes for landline calls and a foxed rate for calls to mobiles. With the solver and gold packages for broadband you can select to have an extra for emails on the go, in which you can access your email wherever you are, creating more flexibility. Along with the Hosted Exchange for emails on the go, you can select to Sharepoint in which you can take the office around with you, sharing documents with colleagues. If you are switching from another broadband provider it would cost you £10 for a month contract but if you want a 12 month contract there would be no switching costs.

The next step up for the business bronze package had a minimal fee of £19.95 per month with a 50GB peak time usage plus an unlimited connection between 11pm and 9am, free unlimited static IP’s and Reverse DNS are included. The cost to switch from another supplier is the same as the previous package, so £10 for a month contract and free for a 12 month contract. The cost to set a new 12 month contract is £40 and £53 for a month contract.

The business silver account for £19.95 per month allows you 100GB peak time usage plus free unlimited usage between the hours of 11pm and 9am, free unlimited static IP’S as well as reverse DNS. The cost to set up a new 12 month contract is also free however to set a new 1 month contract will cost you £53 and to switch from a different provider for a 12 month contract is also free but for the 1 month contract will cost £10.

The business gold package is the largest package with truly unlimited internet usage for £49.95 per month. The free unlimited static IP’s are included as well as the reverse DNS. It is free to set up a new 12month contract as well as switch from another provider for a 12 month contract. However to purchase a new contract fro a month will cost £53 and to switch from another provider fro a 1 month contract will cost £10.

The final option for both the silver and gold packages is the free Hosted Exchange with Sharepoint which means you can access your files on the go as well as file share with colleagues and clients wherever you are.

What is Broadband usage allowance?

This is very similar to a phone contract; once you sign you will have a certain amount of minutes r text as an allowance that is within your contract. Eclipse uses the same idea by giving you an allowance to use during the peak time, this would be used any time that you download data from the internet. This would include browsing the web, downloading images, attaching files to email or streaming videos. The more that you access the internet the more of your allowance that you will use.

How can I keep track of my usage through the month?

It is simple to check your usage, log into “My Eclipse” and go to the “Connection Manager”; there your usage will be compared with the allowance from your package in relation to real hours.

What happens if I go over my usage?

If you happen to go over your usage fro that month we offer an extra usage bolt-on for £1.06 for 1GB. You can receive this by logging into “My Eclipse” and add the extra usage bundles whenever you need to

I am with another provider already, how can I switch to Eclipse?

This is a simple process plus it can be free. You will need to contact your current provider and as for your MAC code (Migration Authority Code) and make sure you do not terminate the connection until the transfer has been complete to benefit from the free service.
