Orange broadband deals relaunched in fixed connection drive

Sometimes a change is as good as a rest and Orange are looking to revitalise their service to phone and broadband customers with a repackaging of their deals. Three new packages are being released by Broadband, all of which contain a broadband bundle, aiming to increase their share in the home internet market.

Existing Orange mobile customers will receive their choice of package at a lower price, regardless of what package they choose. The three packages available are: Orange Broadband & Off-Peak Calls, Orange Broadband & Anytime Calls and Simply Broadband.

Fair use policy is in place

As you would expect from the name, the Simply Broadband package provides just the broadband element but all packages provide speeds of up to 20Mps and unlimited downloads, subject to Orange’s fair use policy.

The Off-Peak calls package provides unlimited calls between 6pm and 8am on weekdays and all weekend whereas the Anytime Calls package extends it to every hour of the day, every day of the week.

Changes to broadband service will benefit all customers

Orange will be the first to admit that their broadband service and coverage has been inadequate in the past but these new packages sees the company trying to restore their reputation. The merger between Orange and T-Mobile is bound to lead to increased coverage and the company remains confident that these new packages will find favour with consumers.

All packages require an £18 month and range in prices between £7.50 for the Broadband and Off-Peak Calls package (£12.50 for non Orange mobile customers) and £10 for the Simply Broadband and Broadband and Anytime Calls package (rising to £15 for non Orange mobile customers)
