MSN Money claims that though UK has the most competitive broadband market TalkTalk and Plusnet have emerged as offering budget broadband services.
The two internet service providers are being recommended to the citizens of UK, who are suffering from VAT hikes, as they have the cheapest broadband packages and bundles in the market.
O2 and Orange have also been recommended by MSN Money writer Charlie Ponsonby, for offering value for money services in the mobile phone network and broadband sector.
He further stated that before jumping ships, subscribers must read the fine print as many of the cheaper packages are unavailable in most parts of the country and are accompanied with their own set of pitfalls.
These comments and recommendations from Mr. Ponsonby follows Orange’s announcement to automatically shift their subscribers to a lower subscription if the price of their packages drop. The announcement was made by Orange’s Vice President of home, Bruno Duarte, who sympathized with the problems and dilemmas that the UK citizens face.
