So how do I find out what speed I will receive?
When you log onto the Zen website you can use the Broadband Speed Checker. This will test your phone line and give you an indication of the download speed you are likely to receive.
Please be aware that during the initial 10 days of your connection going live, your download speeds will fluctuate to determine the best, most reliable speed for your household, then settle.

Will I know if I am close to my monthly usage limit?
Yes, Zen will inform you once you reach the 50%, 75% and 90% thresholds via e-mail. If you reach or exceed 100% of your monthly usage allowance then there is an opportunity to purchase more.
At the end of the month, if you have had to purchase additional space but have not used it all, it will be held in a frozen state until you need it again.

How much will additional usage cost me?
Zen Lite customers will be charged £1.52 per additional GB.
Zen Active & Zen Pro will be charged £1.52, unless you ordered your subscription before October 2006, in which case it is £1.02 per additional GB.

Does the usage allowance cover everything?
This only applies to downloaded information. Anything that you upload is exempt from the monthly usage limit.
